1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and perya111 ("perya111," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the perya111 online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at perya111.vip (the "Platform").

Each individual may hold only one (1) perya111 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your perya111 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit issued by Philippine banks)

All transactions on perya111 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

perya111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification on perya111.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the perya111 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the perya111 Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, perya111 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. perya111 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

11. Suspension and Termination

perya111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination for cause, perya111 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in your account. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the resolution of any pending investigations.

You may close your perya111 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and perya111, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent perya111 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13. Amendments to These Terms

perya111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, perya111 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the perya111 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
